ICW: Khalid Daley, Actor, The Big Life

B sits down with actor Khalid Daley in the rehearsal room for his new show The Big Life - on at Theatre Royal Stratford East until March 30th.

The Big Life is a musical adaptation of William Shakespeare’s Love’s Labour’s Lost, often regarded as one of the first romcom’s. It’s always fun to chat with Khalid, who we spoke with previously when we sat down with the entire cast of Choir Boy. This time we spoke about the role he plays in The Big Life, the influence of Ska music on the musical as a whole, his career progression so far and the moments that stand out to him within it, the lessons he’s learned on stage that he carries with him through life, how the show develops in the rehearsal room, and so much more.
